Refund Policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When returning any part of your order, please ensure there is no artificial damage to the products. And that tags and packaging are in good condition.

Inform us of your order number (e.g. #1234), photos of the items (with tags and packaging), and the detailed reason for the return.

Our customer service team will respond with solutions and return instructions within 1-3 business days.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds Please inform the support team when you send the parcel from your side.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original payment method. You will be notified via email.

Please note that refunds may take up to 5 to 10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times by financial organizations.
